Following the same search form format as the rest of Electronic Office, the Fee Slip Manger search form displays every office visit, or Operative Record, for each patient. Each fee slip can be printed or opened for modification from this form.
Fee Slip Manager intuitively knows whether a record is complete enough to generate a HCFA approved claim. If the record is not complete enough, then the HCFA-1500 options are automatically disabled, and the form is set to generate a generic multi-purpose fee slip. When printing the HCFA-1500 medical claim form, Fee Slip Manger can print the entire form (including red lines if you are printing with a color printer) or can print the data only onto an existing HCFA claim form.
