Much like the Data Maintenance & Reports Main Menu, the Provider Quickview Main Menu provides direct access to the patient's record, as well as the ability to add File Notes and Communications directly to the patient's record without ever opening the record. Data entry in patient records in the Provider Quickview module are limited to medications, File Notes, and Incoming and Outgoing Communications only. Also, Office Visit, Admission History and Physical, Operative Report, and Discharge Summary records can be opened in either complete or abbreviated Text Report format.

The Patient Identifying Data form in Provider Quickview is strictly read-only, and the Condition List has been incorporated directly onto this form. Since this form is designed to be used primarily by health care providers, and it does not allow for data entry, only the most pertinent information is included on the form. All Office Visits, Admission History & Physicals, Operative Reports, and Discharge Summaries can be opened and viewed from this form in Text Report format.
